Hi,
In our Field Service solution, the RSO is used to optimize scheduled bookings. The bookings are time-locked and may only move between resources.
After manually triggering the RSO, the run is stopped after 15-20 minutes with an error message: Error at GRBVar.Get
Has anyone else had this error message?
What does it mean and what are the steps to solve this issue.

Do you use Dutch? Due to the different languages of our system, I got an error in English according to the translation tool” system failed to retrieve some records. Internal error(s):Error at GRBVar.Get”.I found that an internal error was generated here, which would be very helpful if you provided us with the error log.
