Licensing via Enterprise Agreement

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this question. Apologies if it's not. We're a non-profit based in the UK. We renewed our Enterprise Agreement at the start of October. On this we purchased a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources - Per User license. I can see this in VLSC, but it's not visible in my M365 Admin Centre. Is there something I need to do here?
