Good morning,

While attempting to delete a released item I'm getting this error...

Debug assertion failed.
Stack trace:
(S)\Classes\DimensionEnabledType\constructForSystemDefinedByTableId - line 200
(S)\Classes\DimensionEnabledType\getSystemDefinedDimensionsServer - line 49
(S)\Classes\DimensionEnabledType\getSystemDefinedDimensions - line 16
(S)\Classes\DimensionEnabledType\getFieldsForDeleteOrRename - line 82
(S)\Classes\DimensionValidation\canDeleteEntityValue - line 37
(S)\Data Dictionary\Tables\InventTable\Methods\Delete - line 9
(S)\Classes\xRecord\dbOpInTransaction
(C)\Classes\FormDataSource\delete
(C)\Classes\FormRun\task
(C)\Classes\SysSetupFormRun\task - line 20

Can anyone offer an explanation as to the cause?

Thank you.

Do you have a  planned order or posted a transaction with that product ?

    Hi Nuno,

    No I don't. It's a brand new item.

    Thank you.

It’s seams that product dimension value is used in some table. To overcome this error, just disable de debugger you should be able to delete the product.

    Hi Nuno,

Still not sure what happened but after an AOS restart I no longer had the issue. I haven't been able to duplicate since.

Thank you for your willingness to help.

I have check the stack trace that you have posted and the error message is only displayed if you were running in debug mode. Most likely someone disabled debugging in AOS and after restart the debugger as disabled in AOS.
