    There are many possibilities.

    see Tariq's tips here https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/axsa/2013/03/11/how-to-handle-high-memory-situations-on-your-dynamics-ax-aos/

Check the max buffer size its a common mistake to set this too high The field is actually held in kilobytes (although it doesn't say that) not bytes.  So adding a value like 50000 means that almost 50mb will be allocated for each operation and the AOS will very quickly consume all available memory.

    See Brandon's suggestion here https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/33/t/190621

See Glenns advice here - the AOs is covered near the end https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/axsupport/2014/09/05/ax-performance-troubleshooting-checklist-part-1b-application-and-aos-configuration/

and Becky's guide to troubleshooting tools here https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/axsupport/2010/10/18/aos-crash-hang-or-memory-leak-debugging-tools/

How to get the process that is running in AOS? Do I use the Debug Diag tool mentioned in links given by magic1949?

You can set a limit to what % of the RAM is allowed to be consumed by the AOS to avoid out of memory situations for the operating system:

Obvious but check you are not running anti virus checks on the AOS.
    Are you using EP? Edge?

    Updating stats and indexes?

you need to activate trace parser to trace time for executing methods and running business logic
