Is there a way to pull the new ID of a deactivated record that it was merged with?

I have a list of IDs and they are all associated with deactivated records, so when I import the list to use as a /lookup/ table it says it can't find them and it is because they are deactivated.  Is there a way to look up people in bulk who are inactive and get their new ID?
