    RE: POST MANIFEST ERROR

    Hi,

I can only guess: A shipping solution (UPSLink?) has a problem with posting documents for agent A3456V. This sounds like the same shipping order no. (or something like that) is used in two different orders. The probable causes are:

    - somebody has tinkered with no. series in UPSLink

    - the source is the same sales order, with partial shipments, and UPSLink gets the same no. twice (for whatever reason, probably bug) and can't cope with this.

How to fix this: Contact support of your NAV partner. It may be tedious and aggravating (a lot of helpdesk calls are - there's a reason it's called HellDesk in BOfH stories), but it's the way to go. If you have an inhouse NAV team, those first, of course. But since you've posted here, I would assume there is no inhouse NAV team.

    with best regards

    Jens
