Hello,
community, I decided to create a form with controls, buttons and other UI elements.
Where can I find documentation, best practices for creating user interface on AX?
For example:
I found a Dialog tab on AOT with lost of dialogs for AX. But sometimes I'm finding auto-generated dialogs. Where these forms are generating?
How to edit these dialogs?
Please give me an advice.

    Hi Anton,

I guess you referring to RunBase dialogs. In most cases, fields for this kind of dialogs added from code, but in some complex cases, forms can be used. Check articles below

    docs.microsoft.com/.../runbase-framework

I want to add a button to this dialog or this inherited dialog.

    Hi Blue Wang,

The base dialog is CIT_DialogDatePeriod But when I open it via AX2009 I see more buttons than on original dialog. Where these modifications occur I don't know.

    Hi Anton,

    You can follow this Doc:docs.microsoft.com/.../walkthrough-creating-a-form-by-using-the-aot

Where these forms are generating? What are you referring to? Custom or system?
