The Payment Setup Does not exist - error (Posting a Purchase order)

Hi all

We are trying to invoice a purchase order in NAV 2013 r2 but unfortunatly we get the error "The Payment Setup Does not exist" as you can se from the screenshot below.

Any ides on how to fix this Payment setup?

Why is it not possible to uploade a Picture lager than 64kB on this site as i would like to show you the hole purchase order? :-(

Hi Rasmus,

NAV 2013 R2 hasn't got Payment Setup table. Is there any customization?

And it is strange that you cannot upload a picture lager than 64KB. System should allow you to do that.

I do not think we have any customizations to the Purchase Order table but we are totally new to the NAV system. But if there is no Payment Setup table (I can't find it either ind the search field up to the right) then we have a problem or do anyone have a sugesstion?

The error I keep getting from the forum when I try to uploade a picture larger than 64KB to the webpage is the one you can se down below and I have tryed my home pc and my office computer without any luck.

Hi Rasmus,

When you make purchase order, system retrieves related information such as General Ledger Setup, Purchases & Payables Setup, ... to validate input data. As your picture, the system tries to get information from Payment Setup table which is not NAV 2013 R2 standard table.

In my opinion, it is better to contact your software vendor for checking system. They know your system well and should help you on these issues. Good lucks!

I can try and upload what Rasmus means .... if you look at the gerneral ledger setup... can you see if it is there we are making a mistake? Rasmus and myself are at the same office... incase you wonder... sa,me case.. see if anyone can help... thanks

we have some supplier we prepay but not all... this particular supplier is not prepayment supplier...

We are trying to set up our navision so we can use it ... so I was testing how it works and when i tried to do purchase and book the invoice i got the problems

So you mean this is standard NAV without customization, Right?
