I want to import/export 1 role and permissions in Nav 2016 please give any solution.

You can try export and import table data in excel using Configuration Packages.

1. Create a new Configuration Package for table from which data to export.

2. Export data to excel.

3. Edit the user id in the exported file and save as.

4. Import the modified excel file.

5. Apply the changes.

If its for one user better create new permission

Use XMLPort 9171 to Import/Export Permission Sets and XMLport 9172 Import/Export Permissions
