We have requirement where we need use loyalty as a referral scheme.
For example: "A" joins customer loyalty program. "A" refers "B", "B" comes under "A". Each times "A" shops for 100 $ "A" gets 10 points. Each time "B" shops for 100$ "B" gets 10 points and "A" gets 2 points.
How can this be implemented in D365 retail?
And also points have to be calculated on monthly basis not per transaction?
(amount spent by customer for the entire month have to be added and points have to awarded based on amount spent?)
