There is no support for TFS 2015 and AX 2012 R3. You can learn the supported versions in the Microsoft Dynamics AX System requirements guide.

It does now. This is the #1 search on google for me, so I wanted to comment that it is now supported.

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Cumulative Update 9 and AX 2012 R2 Cumulative Update 9 are now compatible with Team Foundation Server 2015.

I read the updated system requirements. They don't mention TFS 2015, only 2013 for R3, R2 with CU7 and 2012 with CU7
