Item template in BC19.3

I have set up Item templates in BC19.3. But the list of templates doesn't shown when I create new item. It works in previous version. Is there any set up I need to configure in order to enable Item template?

    Hi ,

    Can you check if there is any event subscriber "OnBeforeCreateItemFromTemplate" is used in your codeunit which can bypass the template selection.

    Or you can uninstall the extension and then try to create item from template.

    Can you please check Inventory setup the Item No series is assigned or not.

    if not please add it and try to create an item.

    Item No. series is assigned, but not checked as default. Item template is working after I check the no. series as default. Thank you very much, Vaishnavi!
