Hello,

In the entity "Cases" I would like to translate the choices of the "Resolution Types" dropdown field into different languages.

The field is displayed in a popup when clicking on "Resolve Case" in the Command Bar:

Can anyone tell me how to translate the field into different languages?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

The easy way is to use Easy Translator of XrmToolBox.

    1. Create a solution
    2. Add incidentresolution (Entity)
    3. Run Easy Translator in XrmToolBox
    4. Load Entities from your solution
    5. Check incidentresolution
    6. Click Export translations and open the Excel file.
    7. Go to the "OptionSets" tab.
    8. In the Attribute Logical Name "resolutiontypecode", you will find your text.
    9. Translate
    10. Import the modified Excel file

    Hi MichaelFo96,

It is recommended that you use professional translation software to translate the original labels,

then replace the original options with the translation results:

1.Open Customer Service admin center -> case setting -> other setting

2.Advance setting -> Customizations -> Customize the system -> entity -> case resolution

    3.Use translation to replace
