Multiple Salutations

Hi All, is it possible to incorporate logic into Customer Insights where, if joint salutation field on Account record is not populated, then use Contact formal salutation, if that is not populated then use Contact informal salutation field? I find when following MS guidance on this in building the email using inline conditions that when selecting anything other than Lead or Contact in the Add Condition, like Account, I have to select the relevant record which, won't work if I am trying to send the email to many customers, as I would have to add each record?! Thanks.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
    Yes.
You need select contact/account firstly if you want to use attribute from other tables.
