Get email I’d from custom entity and Set To address field in Email Activity

Hi,

I would like to know about the way to achieve the requirement as below.

I have a custom entity invoice. An email address(OOB) is created in the entity. Generate PDF is made available for this entity and when I click on Generate PDF an pdf template is created and if I want to send an email, email activity is being opened.

FROM address is being auto filled that is fine. I want the TO address to be auto filled from the Email address field in my custom entity(invoice).

I’m new to dynamics if someone can explain in a clearly how I can achieve it by JS or by power automate flow would be appreciated.

Hi Dynamicsuser42,

When creating a new invoice, you need to auto fill email address column of your invoice table from the email column of your activity tale. Am I right?

What is the relationship between Activity and invoice? Is it one to may? If yes then you can accomplish your requirement by just configuring mapping. For more information about mapping read the link.
