In our Citrix environment we have users who when clicking on the received hyperlink get no response as if the hyperlink is not working. But we also have users who when clicking on the same hyperlink in their copy of the same email notification do get handed off to the pop-up:
Can I safely assume that the hyperlink is correct and that some kind of configuration is missing?
