When would an organization use CRM's Field Service Module, instead of Business Central's?

Big question, John. And these are not the only two choices! There are BC add-ons to extend BC capabilities. You really have to have a defined list of your requirements and see if BC will give you what you need. Can you solve with a BC add-on or do you need CRM Field Service. And compare price.
