Inactivating old vendors

Hi there,

We are thinking about doing a mass edit of our vendors in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 to inactivate those with no recent activity, as this has not been done on a regular and ongoing basis.  What is the most efficient inquiry/report that we should run to see the vendors that have had no activity in say the last 5 years?

Thanks.

Spiceman, you can run a Vendor smartlist and filter by "Last Purchase Date" to be less than 7/24/2015.
