Adding attachments from Lead to Account

I just noticed that while creating a new lead, when the lead is converted into an opportunity a new corresponding account is created. To add attachments to a lead we have to add attachments to the "Notes" after saving a lead. But how can make sure that when these attachments are uploaded on a lead, they reflect as well on the account once it is converted into an opportunity.   

I have a similar requirement which I wish to achieve, any suggestions are most welcomed.

    Hi

    You have to create a plugin on account create check originating-lead has value. If it has create a notes to the account from lead.

    Alagu I have never created a plugin. I am new to CRM. I am using CRM Dynamics 365. It would be really appreciable if you could share links to some good tutorials for getting started with plugin development.
