Access control service ACS retired, is there any other service for replacement of ACS

Hi All,

We are using Access control service ACS in one fo our project , it is extended for couple of months by Microsoft. 

Need to have a alternative solution for ACS service, Can anyone please advise us how to implement/replace ACS service, 

without this PO notifications emails will not submitted to approvers.

Kindly advise us.
