Close Quote is hidden in Quote entity

hi folks,

Close Quote is hidden in Quote entity in sales module.

Wants to enable button and dialog for Close quote as Lost/Revise/Cancelled.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Dhara,

    We have to activate Quote before we can see "Close Quote" button.

    After clicking "Close Quote", we can choose Lost/Revise/Cancelled.

    Please, follow this article to troubleshooting problems regarding ribbon (buttons):

    From my understand, you could having a issue with a Display Rule associated with other solutions like PSA.
