Hi,
How can I export the attachments that are stored in the private blob? Is there any DIXF entity available to export them?

There are a couple of entities that can be used to import attachments, such as EcoResDocumentAttachmentEntity. I haven't tried to use it for export but at least it works for import. You can duplicate it and adjust it to support your table.
But there's no general entity for all attachments in the system.
You can use BusinessDocumentDocuRefEntity (public end point BusinessDocumentDocuRefs) for all attachments.
