On March 17, 2021 the IRS announced changes to the 941 report where four lines of the form were changed because the employer and employee portions of Social Security tax no longer can be deferred. How does Microsoft Dynamics GP intend to address this?
Hello, thanks for the post around the 941 changes.
In reviewing the changes that were made, in Dynamics GP we do not store the deferred amount nor adjusted for it in third quarter last year, so I don’t see any issues with it.
Plus we never made those changes last year.
If you are referring to something else, please let me know, but based on the review there were no changes in GP needed for the form.
