Hi Dishen,
Can you let us know for what integration scenario you wanted to setup dual write?
Is this for Project Operations, HR, ...?
Can you also share details of what you setup so far or tried doing so?
Many thanks,
Ludwig
Hi Ludwig Reinhard,
I want to integrate the data (dynamics365 F&O, PowerApps), The other side, I mean from PowerApps i have already installed the Dual write and came back to the D365fin and ops environment and trying to link the environment. So its not happening. Please check once, i already added the screenshot above.
Thank you,
Dishen
What kind of data do you want to integrate?
For PowerApps there is a standard D365FO connector; no need to use dual write.
Have you tried using this connector?
Best regards,
Hello ,
At what step did you get this error ?
Thanks,
Madhuri
What am trying to do is, I want to do CRUD operations from AX to PowerApps and vice versa.
For example: If i create the record in AX, that should be visible in PowerApps, Vice versa
Hello Madhuri Ailavarapu,
System Admin module ->Data management and i have clicked on the Dual Write tile, am able to see this error. Actually that should ask to link the environment. But am not able to see.
I don't think that you need dual write for executing CRUD operations.
I quickly created a PowerApp by making use of the D365Fo connector and can create new vendors, modify their names and other fields and even delete them if there are no transactions recorded for them.
I would recommend having a look at this standard feature/connector in PowerApps.
Can you double check if your Dual write is configured correctly.
