Project Accounting Cost Code Upload?

I have a large list of projects that I need to add a cost code to. Is there an integration or automated solution to upload cost codes? We use Multi Entity Management. Thanks!

Thanks for your question!

There is actually a feature within Project Accounting that allows you to do this - Update Budget Lines.

To get there go to Tools | Routines | Project | Budget Line Update

In this window you select the cost category (it needs to already be set up in Cost Category Maintenance) that you want added, and then insert any projects from the Available list to the Selected list. The cost category will be added to those projects with the Status (estimate, open, etc) that you choose and the quantity once you click the Process button.

Thanks! This is certainly better than opening each project! I do wish you could filter projects by Project Class but maybe in a future release.
