
Scenario: My organization currently has two separate Dynamics CRM environments for two separate programs: one that is used regionally, which is available to all users within that region, and another that is utilized nationwide by a set number of users across all regions. I would like to know if it's possible to integrate both the regional and nationwide CRM's with Outlook for each user, primarily for calendar synchronization and email tracking. Ideally, if I'm a user in the Mid-Atlantic region's CRM and I'm also a user for the nationwide CRM, my Outlook calendar would populate with the activities from both CRM's.
While you can connect to multiple organisations, only one is the synchronizing organisation.
