Unable to see new Environment

We have started a trial of Customer Insights and have created a new Enviroment linked to Azure data storage and configured the Azure Private link fine. The enviroment creates and I can see it in the Power Platform but I cant see it in CUstomer insights are there certain permissions I need to set?

    Hi Lee,

    Trial of Customer Insights?

    I go to the trial overview page and select Try Customer Insights for free.

    Then i try to create and configure new environment:

    It seems that the data storage option comes as disabled, which means that we can't select 'Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2' option.

    This option is not availabe for trial environments
