Home address not visible to single user

Hi,

There is a payroll manager in F&O to whom the home address of a single employee is not visible in the system. Although the addresses of all other employees are visible to her. This cannot be a rights issue as home address is not visible for a single employee only. This is something user specific which we are trying to resolve. Please help.

Hi Avishek,

Employees can update their own address in the Employee self service workspace and they can select the Private field to indicate that the address is private. Only users with explicit permission to view private address information can view this address.So you can remind the specific employees to try updating their address to see if it works.

Hi Judy,

Thanks for your reply but the employee generally marks their home address as primary and work address as secondary.
