We have a situation where managers in one legal entity, will be required to complete a performance review with another.
Currently a team member reports into a team leader that deals with day to day absence reporting etc. relevant to the entity however for more formal performance management, a manager from central HQ may have that responsibility and in turn would wish to engage in a discussion that is documented in D365.
I have attempted to manually add the 'secondary' manager as a third sign off to live performance review when testing, however the review is in a locked state and they can't do any actions within it.
Is there a way of adding secondary line management, outside of a legal entity, to an individual for the purpose of Employee Development?
I welcome and support and guidance if this is an issue faced and how an organisation was able to overcome such issues.
