Management Reporter Base Period Setup Help

Posted on by

I have my Default base period set to 01- so it should pull the report date indicated.  I have my column definition to pull the Period data, and I have my base period of the report set up for 1/19.  I am using the default YTD column definition.  When I generate the report, it is pulling the totals for 2018, but showing the header for January 2019.  What am I missing?

I resolved the problem.  I had it pulling periodic, and it needed YTD

Please note there have been some changes to the original assumptions listed in the first email-

If I use the following Base Period/Base Year/ Default Base Period I get the correct $$'s in the columns, but the header is showing the wrong months.  For example if the headers matched the data, they would be January & December.

    Here is the column definition

    2019_2D00_03_2D00_26_5F00_16_2D00_57_2D00_55.gif

I would like to have a report showing January and December to match the totals shown currently.

    Hi Mary,

Can you share the setup made for the column definition and how you ran the report?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig
