Hi All,

I have a Page No in a header of my Statement of Account. Unfortunately, when I print in Dynamics GP as a template, it appear as a syntax (refer as below).

The formula you have in your page number looks too short. This is the formula if you just put the Page field on your form. This has been changed from the original. To fix this, simply open an unmodified version of the template and copy the formula and replace what's there. If you are modifying the template and click Alt-F9 does it switch between the formula and the value? Did someone just type the formula in rather than inserting a field? As far as the duplicates, I would guess it's an error in how the template was modified vs a bug. Do you have your bookmarks in the right place? Compare it to the unmodified version. Also, where specifically did you put the extra wording? Showing us the template would help us see where everything lives.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi Leslie,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I think it is because my bookmark.

Anyway I also use Dave's article (community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-anchor-subtotals-at-the-bottom-of-the-last-page-of-an-invoice-with-microsoft-dynamics-gp-2010-sp3) to solve this.
