System.OutOfMemoryException when trying to copy a node in workflow

Hi, We are on AX2012RTM,

I am trying to add new nodes to an existing custom PO workflow to add new department. Instead of building a new department from the scratch, Trying to copy paste existing department to duplicate and so I can change few values to save work. This is giving me System.OutOfMemoryException. I have plenty(64GB memory) of resources on the machine. Tried this on another machine with 32 GB memory with same error. I noticed memory utilization going up by about 500MB when I tried to copy and comes up with this error. Is there any limitation on how much memory AX can use? I looked into server configuration for maxmemload parameter and couldn't find it. Please advice.
