Workflow will not save

None of my workflows will save. Neither creating a new one nor editing an existing workflow. I get no error in the client. Once clicking save and close, it just stays open and never saves. On teh AOS i am seeing, Exception thrown in : Workflow configuration Method not found: 'Void Dynamics.Ax.Application.WorkflowMaxRuntimeTable.Initfromworkflowmaxruntimeproperty(Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Workflow.Model.MaxRuntimeProperty)'.. 

The Dynamics.AX.Framework.Workflow.Model.DLL is on the file system. I have compiled and synchronized the WorkflowMaxRuntimeTable to no avail. Any ideas?
