warehouse physical inventory journal

Hi Experts,

I am getting following error message when trying to generate physical warehouse inventory journal lines:

Qty. (Phys. Inventory) must be 0 or 1 for an Item tracked by Serial Number.

This message is in 2 companies out of 9 companies in one DB.

    This is because you try to post against an serial number tracked item number. And they only allow the quantity 0 or 1 for every transaction because that also means that you need to give a serial number for each transaction for the items in question.

    How is your item tracking code defined?

    I tried with this setup and i was not able to reproduce your problem in version 19.1
