Dynamic Text in Email Templates

Posted on by 20
Hello

When ever I insert Dynamic text {!Case:Arrival Date} I get the time as 00:00 as included.

Can anyone advise me on personalised text that would remove the time?

Thanks,

    Hi,

Our team has analyzed your issue and from the information you have provided, it appears that the "Arrival Date" field is not an out-of-the-box field for the "Case" entity, it is a field that you have customized.

According to our team's testing, if you fill in "Default text" when setting up dynamic fields. When the "Arrival Date" in the "Case" record is empty, the dynamic field will be populated with "Default text" by default when you send the email.

So please check whether you set "Default text" when inserting the dynamic field.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
