Copilot usage in Accounts Payable module

HI,

I am AX functional consultant. Please help me know how to use copilot in Accounts Payable module functionality from functional point of view for AX 365. Copilot is already there in our environment but I am not sure how to use it for AP functionality.

if possible is there any document or video related to this . i found some theory on Microsoft website but it was not sufficient as there was not much detailed explaination on that.

Hi,

Are you using Dynamics AX 2012 or previous versions, or are you now using Dynamics 365 Finance? You posted your question on the Dynamics AX forum. For Dynamics AX, Microsoft has no Copilot features.
Please also tell us what exact help you expect from Copilot in your AP module.

Hi,
As mentioned before, this article mentions copilot in D365 (excluding AX system). Copilot for Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn And in the FO November 2023 document, copilot is currently a preview function and will have many limited functions. Enable Copilot capabilities in finance and operations apps (preview) - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

Please let us know which version of the product you are using. There is not a lot of information on this on the Internet. If you want to ask about the Copilot function of the F&O system, you can refer to this official document: Overview of Copilot capabilities in finance and operations apps - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. Copilot gives users access to AI capabilities that augment the application experiences and functionality of finance and operations apps.
