Error in Posting General Journal - "An attempt was made to change an old version of a Gen. journal Batch record."

I am posting general journal from a batch template. However, an error appears every time I try to do my posting. Error is:

"An attempt was made to change an old version of a Gen. journal Batch record. Either another user has modified the record after it was retrieved from database or this is a programming error.

Identification fields and values:

Journal Template Name='RPRO_COS',Name='S208302017'"

Please take note that I am the only person who accessed the General Journal Batch.

I did a workaround, of re-encoding the entries on a new batch template, and re-posting it. I also tries copy-paste-ing the entries from Excel to NAV, but it is kinda hassle for me since i have 100+ entries to re-encode/ re-enter.
