Permissions - Double clicking

Hello all,

I've been creating permission sets.  Everything was going fine, but now something I've done has made it so that some users can't "double click" to open anything (item card, customer card etc.).  I can't even begin to think of what permission I altered that would stop that.  I had a copy of the old one, so they're back on the original, but that doesn't fix my problem long term.  Any help would be wonderful.

Thanks!

Are there multiple permission for the related tables assigned to the users, cause one permission overrides another. Check with one table at a time i.e. Item.

Well, the weird thing is... if you're on the item list, you can click the "view" button on the ribbon, you just can't double click on the item to view it.  It's not actually stopping the user from viewing the item card, it just makes them use the ribbon instead of double clicking.

I know that is old one, but can be helpfull:

Double click is opening page in "EDIT" mode, if user dont have permission to modify page, double click won't work.

You can change default mode in core, not recomended, or train users to use View button.
