How to insert custom entries in customer ledger entries, gl entry and detail customer ledger entry through sales invoice?

Hello Alina,

It's something you should do additional development for if you want to automatically add custom entries in the posting process.

There are no native functionalities for such a thing, apart from the standard settings with which you can influence postings to different general ledger accounts, posting groups, cost allocations and so on.

However, you could post the General Journal that is linked to related customer with the same Document No. and Posting Date as Posted Sales Invoice, and try to get custom entries with additional postings through the General Journal.

You need to create an extension to add the movements you indicate. The best approach is to subscribe to the registration event. In any case, you must be careful to ensure that all information is coherent and traceable.

Hi Alina,

Provided details not clear exactly what you want to perform. However if you want to do any custom fields on Sales Invoice and pass these details to respective posted tables then consider Extension with Subscribe option. If further information required then let me know.
