Hello Friends,

I'm Mufaris and I'm a newbie for MS Dynamics AX.

Recently I joined a company who is using Dynamics AX 2012. Since last week, we are encountering one issue with Dynamics that in some workstation, when opening dynamics it gives following error. "The application object server is unavailable. Check your configuration and network connection and try again."

But the above mentioned issue is not stable, after some times it automatically works fine then it will not. This happens every 20 minutes to 30 minutes. The moment when I restart the service- Microsoft Dynamic AX object Server service on the Dynamics server, the affected workstations works fine for sometime, after sometime the same problem remain.

I really dont know what to do? Could you please anyone help on this to sort out??

Have you checked event logs? You might find more information there.

Hi Martin!

I checked in event log and it says as;

[The description for Event ID 193 from source Microsoft Dynamics AX cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 8.

Could not load assembly 'ElectronicFiscalDocument_BR.dll.config' or one of its dependencies.]

Then, I re-installed dynamics client on effected computer but still the same issue remain.

It's so headache for me in office. Could you suggest me one solution here.

Where did you find this log? On the server or on client? Have you checked the other tier as well?

I suggest you to validate the version of kernel and application version of your installation.

I have seen some case where improper kernel and application version causes this.

Please verify and update us with your findings

On the client only. When checked on the Dynamics server, the following error logged;

Either the user, ABCQATAR\VikramS, does not have access to the Dynamics AX initial database, or the database does not exist.

Hello Umesh!

I tried the way you suggest but still the same issue remain.

I changed the registry value also but didnt work out. Is there are any other solution?

I can't analyze it for you because I have no idea about how your system is configured and what your users do. If you're saying that this unhandled exception is related to your problem, your next step should be enabling debugging on EP, as the error message suggests. Also review what ABCQATAR\VikramS did and whether he's supposed to access AX database.

Issues is due to some uncompiled code, may be full compile and sync will resolve this issues.
