Campaign ID Dropped in URL

Hi Everyone.

We have setup our campaigns in Dynamics and the URL looks something like - https://www.abcd.com/?cid=45AD63F3-123D-EC22-9C26-000D4A8DEBAF&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=ad_brand&utm_content=ad

However, once we click on any of the other navigation links on our website we end up at a link that looks like - https://www.abcd.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=ad_brand&utm_content=ad

So although the UTMs carry through the website, the CID, i.e., Campaign ID is dropped. Not sure whether these changes would have to be made on Google Campaign end or some updates will have to be made on the Dynamics setup for our site?

Has anyone else experienced this? Please reply if you could advice.

Hi Katherine,

Please try to enable "Change tracking" on the UTM Generator entity.

It should show up in ~1 hour on the list.
