Hello everyone!I work in a finance company and we need to group the accounts in something we call a "customer portfolio". The main objective is to assign those responsible for groups of customers grouped according to specific criteria (salary, age, etc.). What would be the best feature of Dynamics to meet this objective?
Hi Luiz Henrique Ferrari Junkes,
You could create several personal views to filter your accounts by salary, age . Then share these views to your users.
Please refer to this blog: https://ledgeviewpartners.com/blog/how-to-share-a-personal-view-in-microsoft-dynamics-365-crm/
If you want to do some marketing: You could create a marketing list whose target is account and then add member is ok.
Hello Steve!
Thanks for the answer! Filtered views are a good solution. However, our sales team needs an customer attribute that indicates the group it belongs to. Is this possible in the sales module? I saw something similar in the accounts receivable module.
You could add a column at your customer(account) entity to achieve this. I'm not sure that did you create a Group entity(table)? If you did, you could create a lookup field on your customer(account) entity and related to the group entity. Then add this lookup field to account form is ok.
