Can't save a survey

Hi all,

I'm having a user that reported problems when trying to save an edited survey. He's able to create a survey, however, when he tries to edit the survey it either looks like his edits were saved (but when switching to another survey and coming back, the edits were gone) or he's getting an error message 'can't save'.

I couldn't find anything in here or on the web ... any ideas?

    I am also getting the same issue, my form was originally created in MS Forms and migrated to Customer Voice. I don't know if this could be related?
