Purchase Requisition problem in AX 2012 R3

I have Dynamics AX 2012 R3, the purchase requisition is workflow and working fine, to the last approval step before ending workflow and closing purchase requisition to be appears in "close" status to be ready to convert it to Purchase Order.

In P.R. workflow when last user click on "Approve" to close the cycle, an information log box appears "not warning or error" with the following message:

"One or more accounting distributions is missing a ledger account.  Use the Accounting distribution form or the Posting profile to update the ledger account." 

And final approval not applied with P.R. still in "In review" status, so i create the P.O. manually.

I have go through the following checks:

1- I review the account distribution in Purchase Requisition and i found it is normal format combination structure with required financial dimensions as in Ledger structure "Ledger Account-Sector-Department-Region-Cost Center". no thing missing.

2- The above information log message appeared only when click on "Approve" into final step in workflow.

3- The above information log message appeared only when choose specific items in P.R. not for all items.

4- When creating Other P.R. with other items the final approval going OK with closing P.R. and ready to auto P.O. creation.

May i have any help for the above strange case for fixing it?

    Hi Mostafa,

    Please check your posting profiles for the given item. Check if all the accounts for purchase & Inventory are present.

    This happens when once of the accounts are missing.

    Thanks All, i am going through two recommendations below, the financial dimension is OK and all posting profile for all items are assigned with required accounting structure.

    The Problem still as it is. no change.

    I have added other user "USER(B)" with the user "USER(A)" in the final approval in workflow and wait for new P.Rs, when workflow reaches to last step for final approval, i instruct new user "USER(B)" to approve not "USER(A)", so approval complete without the fake information message and P.R closed.

    I have wait again for new other P.R and instruct "USER(A)" to approve, the information message appears  "One or more accounting distributions is missing a ledger account.  Use the Accounting distribution form or the Posting profile to update the ledger account."

    I change security role for "USER(A)" to SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR , when he approves the approve completed without information message and P.R closed.

    So, any one can tell me what happened, why AX not give me the correct information message for security?

    And what messing security for this user, where the user now is "System Administrator"?

    Hi Mostafa,

    Which role were you using for the user before? Was it the same as USER (B). There is a different error when the user has the insufficient rights for posting the workflow.

    "Workflow workitem could not be created. Insufficient rights of user"

    It is very strange case, AX not return with the right information log or error log message USER (A) has a CFO role and USER (B) has a CFO role also.

    But i found that USER (A) has no access in workflow item class for approval i change it now to edit permission and i will see if that fix this problem or not.
