Issue with the synchro Outlook CRM

Hello, 

we are facing an issue the emails are tracked betwen CRM and outlook even if the account setting if configurad to Track = No email messages ??

Could you please explain this behavior is there an explanation for that ?

    Just to be sur in my case I have a user who has the following setting and still synchronized :

    According to the link you shared to not tracking any message at all we should follow this configuration

    that mean if the user setting is to No email message Dynamics crm don't  considerate it if the whole config not exact ( system+ user)
