Good day, 

I trust you are doing well.

I am not a Dynamics 365 expert, I just started working with it.

I added several trainings and courses in dynamics Hr using the excel template. Now my question is how do I make them available for employees?

I changed the status of 2 courses to open but it is still not showing when I go to employee self-service and check the open courses!

Could someone please assist?

    Hello NoNamw,

    In order to show the course to employee, make sure the parameter "Allow employee self registration" is set to Yes and Registration deadline is empty or the date is in the future. Otherwise the course cannot be displayed to the employee.

    Meanwhile I have another question still regarding the courses section.

    I would like to find out which courses should be considered: Should I only considered the ones offered by the company or even those employees took on their own out of the company to further their career or to fill a gap at work?
