Invoice Scanning Using OCR

Hi,

We are currently consulting the market for an invoice scanning software using OCR which would then feed the info into the Invoice Register in the AP module of AX and attach a scanned copy of the invoice to the entry in the invoice register.

Can you share your experiences with the different products existing on the market? How easy is the integration with AX?

    Hi,

    As I did get any reply we went for an RFQ to 3 vendors. The solution which seemed to fit best our needs is the solution from MWData in combination with ReadSoft. Implementation is still to start.

    I know this thread is a little old but I just joined.  Great choice on ReadSoft for your automated capture solution.  We have been implementing their INVOICES product for many years and it is impressive.  There are some great improvements in 5-6 and many more to come with their new platform.  I hope your implementation goes well and the project is a success.
