Hello,

Do we have an option to create the variable plan in Compensation Management with flat amount?

Currently the system provides an option of Percent or Unit selection only.

Thanks,

Akanksha Jha

    Hi AkankshaJha,

Regarding Number of units, you can use the compensation plan for cash incentives. docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-compensation-variable-plans

    Hello QianQW,

But if Car Allowance is needed as a Variable plan and it has a flat amount value attached to it.

How it can be incorporated using the Units option.

    Thanks,

    Akanksha Jha

    Hi AkankshaJha,

You can set Variable compensation type as Bonus, and the value of number of units will be a direct one-to-one mapping to unit value.

When you enroll the employee to this variable plan, you can also override the amount.

    Hi QianQW,

So this means that the flat amount can only be entered while doing the enrollment of plan to an employee.

I was expecting if flat amount can also be enter at plan level.

    Regards,

    Akanksha Jha

    Hi AkankshaJha,

No, you need to specify it at the employee level.

    Hi AkankshaJha,

I believe your question is answered by QianQW?

Could we please close this thread?

That would help to understand which questions still need help ;)
