Delayed in notification for workflow

Hi ,

I am facing an issue for notification, not able to get notification on time it delay by some time i.e. 1 hr and more than that. while this issue is come for only one user all other user are getting notification on time between this user are complete his all the process for workflow.

Please help me out how to rid out this problem.

Dear Pravin,

Did you try to delete the batch job and setup new batch job again. Or try to change the recurrence time.

Hi Pravin,

Please indicate a single AX version. You have use two tags: AX4 and AX2009. Which version is it?

Have you checked the user options for the period to get alerts?

Hi Pravin,

I have corrected the tags. Did you verify the user options already? Are your referring to notifications within the AX client or by email?
