Buttons are not displayed on record selected after a version upgrade

Hi,
We upgraded the version to 9.1.19 and since then when selecting a record in the subgrid, buttons that should be displayed - are not displayed.
And the buttons that are displayed are also not enabled.
We cannot upgrade now to the unified version.
What can solve the problem?
